Team Carolyn was founded in 2015 in honor of the late Carolyn Marie Jerome (July 24, 1992-August 22, 2014) in association with the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Team Carolyn advocates for those struggling with mental illness and substance abuse disorder and strives to end the stigma and the heroin epidemic. Team Carolyn will be holding a fundraiser Saturday July 27th, 2024 at the Don Umerley Civic Center located at 21016 Hilliard Blvd, Rocky River, OH 44116.

Team Carolyn was set up by family and friends of the late Carolyn Marie Jerome to honor her, remember her, and to help others who suffer from mental illnesses and addiction like Carolyn.

The fundraiser will begin at 6:00 p.m. and runs until 10:00 p.m. The night will be full of information and entertainment. this is a FREE event open to all ages!

Some festivities will include:
• Basket raffles
• Guest speakers
• Live music
• Dinner included
• “Team Carolyn” apparel, bracelets and temporary tattoos
